Abstract/Description: This paper represents the results of a study examining the extent to which anthropomorphic environmental contamination has led to contamination of food and dietary intake of perfluorochemicals. An analytical method was developed for the measurement of perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and related analytes in food.
